ABOUT ME
Language is my passion. Since childhood it has been my dream to help people overcome language barriers. That‘s why I have made language my profession.
Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland, I have decided to move to Austria, which I now consider my second home.
I studied specialised translation at the University of Warsaw and translation studies at the University of Vienna. In addition, I have several years of professional experience as a translator in a law firm. This gives me a strong understanding of linguistic and professional requirements, especially in the legal field.

FAQ
What services do you offer in English?
I offer non-certified specialised translations and interpreting services in English. My sworn and court-certified status applies only to the Polish language in combination with German, not to English.
What is a certified translation?
A certified translation is a translation prepared and certified by an authorised sworn translator or interpreter and can be used for submission to public authorities and other official institutions. I provide certified translations only in the Polish–German language combination, not in English.
Can you provide certified translations in English?
No. I do not provide certified translations in English. Certified translations are offered only for Polish and German, within the scope of my sworn and court-certified authorisation for the Polish language.
Do you offer interpreting services in English?
Yes, I offer interpreting services in English. However, I am not a sworn or court-certified interpreter for English. My sworn and court-certified status applies only to Polish in combination with German.
Is a scan or a copy of the document sufficient?
In many cases, a clearly legible scan or copy is sufficient for preparing a quote and processing the order. Whether the original is also required depends on the intended use. It is best to clarify this directly with the authority or institution to which you need to submit the translation. Please note that certified translations are available only for Polish and German, not for English.
How long does processing take?
Turnaround time depends on the length, type of document and urgency. You will receive a specific estimate together with the quote. In many cases, the translation can be ready for collection as early as the next day. Urgent orders may be subject to an express surcharge. Certified translations are available only in Polish and German.
How does the ordering process work?
Send me your document via WhatsApp, email or the contact form. You will receive a reply with information on the price, turnaround time and the next steps. Once confirmed, the translation will be prepared or an appointment will be arranged. If your request concerns English, please note that I offer non-certified translations and interpreting services only.
What is an electronically certified translation?
An electronically certified translation bears a qualified electronic signature. It is valid only for electronic legal and business use and loses its validity once printed out. If you require the translation in paper form, you can collect it in person or arrange delivery by post. Electronic certification is available only for certified translations in Polish and German, not in English.
Can a translation be sent by post?
Yes, the translation can easily be sent by registered post. In many cases, it can reach you as early as the next day or the day after. Postal charges apply in addition; the current rates are EUR 6.70 or EUR 8.30 gross. Where certified paper translations are required, this applies only to Polish and German, not to English.
What does the price of a translation depend on?
For many common certificates and official documents, a flat fee applies. The minimum flat fee for birth certificates, registration certificates, criminal record certificates and similar documents is EUR 72 gross. For other documents, the price depends on the number of standard lines as well as the effort involved, for example due to complexity, handwriting or formatting. The best option is to send me your scans without obligation so that I can provide you with a specific quote. Please note that certified translation rates apply only to Polish and German; English services are non-certified.
